order number 39242047, ring number 86797803, was not with the ring that were delivered. I received three rings from a order of four. I have messaged the seller three times for an explanation. 

Lot didn’t arrive and I messaged the seller several times however he didn’t answer. It seems like a scam and kitwiki appears to be useless in protecting buyers very unprofessional

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
