L’esperto ha indicato il XIX secolo come datazione dell’opera in patina naturale; la patina è artificiale fatta con bitume, il quadro è degli anni 1970 circa. Pessima valutazione e poca serietà.

Molto scorretto da parte sua nei miei confronti, si è aggiudicato un dipinto 110x70 cm di valore stimato dai 300/400 euro per soli 155 €! Nonostante che l'esperto di arte classica le abbia motivato che la sua contestazione era infondata!
 Parte di ci che ha risposta l'esperto: "L'acquirente ha confuso l'indicazione generica di 1800 con cui si intendeva XIX secolo con una data precisa. Nella pittura i dipinti non hanno datazioni all'anno esatto a meno che non siano datati. Il dipinto è evidentemente fine Ottocento o anche primi Novecento; in un dipinto del genere XIX secolo sta ad indicare semplicemente che non si tratta di un dipinto antico come lo stile pittorico potrebbe indurre a supporre ". 
Ciò non bastasse le ho dato la possibilità di restituire il dipinto fuori dal contesto di catawiki a patto che rimborsi le mie spese, nemeno ciò è bastato all'acquirente.. Lascio giudicare 

I miei complimenti per come è  stato confezionato il quadro con il vetro, tutto  perfetto.
Riguarda il dipinto venduto in seconda battuta d'asta (per fortuna) a costo molto inferiore è quello che vale
