In mijn omschrijving stond 2 keer “ophalen gewenst”. Dit is in het Nederlands een beleefde manier om duidelijk te maken dat het artikel noodzakelijkerwijze opgehaald dient te worden!!!
Met andere woorden dat het noodzakelijk is bijvoorbeeld vanwege omvang, gewicht, vervoerskosten enz.
Wellicht is deze beleefdheidsfrase onbekend in Italië of maakt een vertaling het multiinterpretabel. Overigens dient Catawiki geen verzendkosten in te vullen als ik in het betreffende vakje een liggend streepje heb geplaatst. Een extra aanwijzing dat er niet verzonden wordt! Laten we het verder op een positieve wijze afsluiten: het blijft ergens miscommunicatie van wiean ook en jammer voor ons beiden!

Decanter stopper with defects that were not listed in the description or photo.

Given the extreme careful packaging (bag in bag) I find it incomprehensible that the decanter stopper is damaged. Often minor damages (chips) arise from unpacking… in spite of the 
small amount of purchase (€ 3) for all the crystal items your comment and use of emoticon leads me to ask for a clear photo of the so called damage perhaps in order to refund a part of the € 3 ?

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
