Frais pour cette évaluation négative !! Nous avons certainement envoyé le colis, mais à Post NL le même jour, 2 packages n'ont pas été scannés correctement pour une raison inconnue et donc à ce jour sans trace !!
Nous y travaillons certainement, mais vous ne nous avez pas contactés et maintenant vous répondez comme ça ?! Cela en dit assez. Désolé pour que cela se termine

Seller was quick in shipping and the contact was good but the item never arrived and I felt the seller was a bit complacent when it came to addressing the shipping company and holding them liable!

Sorry but I did what I could have had 5 times telephone contact with PostNL and received an email that the package was delivered and signed !! I could not hold them liable because they had proof of delivery!
It is a pity that you name me here, but what could I do more?
