60 bottles bought... In 1 parcel of 18 btles, 3btles were broken. I sent pics of the dammaged parcel in the boot of the postman with other parcels... Vendor refuses to trust me and to replace bottles

There is no information in the parcel tracking of the parcel service about damage to the parcel. Pictures could be taken everywhere, there is no reference to a post office car or an evidence that the dammage parcel is into a post office car. Damage can also have happened after delivery. As already written several times without a written confirmation of the damage from your shipping service provider I can`t claim by my shipping service provider. Buyer blackmailed me and wrote that he would only remove the negative feedback if I took over the damage.

Perfect products. But I got in one other parcel 3 bottles broken and packaging is not as good as it used to be !

This purchase process was much earlier and this rating has nothing to do with the breakage of the last shipment. Shipping was done with special wine shipping box - so packaging was perfect! Buyer has still not provided me a correct damage report or damage confirmation from the delivering parcel service till today! So not I make trouble but the buyer!

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
