Dear sir, I am sorry to read that the item you received was not as you expected. However, in the interest of transparency, my listing showed several pictures of the crack, had the dimensions of the vase and mention of the crack in the listing and also carried the mention that the vase was restored. The crack was included in that restoration as the restaurer "fixed" it so it would not move. As you mentioned, the vase was carefully packed for shipping, therefore I have no doubt that it did not worsen during transport.
