Ho acquistato per 3 euro degli oggetti di valore decisamente superiore ed in perfette condizioni.Penso che Catawiki convenga per comprare e non per vendere.Il prezzo di riserva dovrebbe sempre esserci

Non sono soddisfatto ,vino imbevibile,in più 3 bottiglie vuote per metà.

Salve Domenico - nel lotto e' visibile il livello e colore per ogni bottiglia con ogni foto per ogni bottiglia - inoltre anche nella descrizione e' menzionato di controllare le foto per le condizioni dell'oggetto per essere a conoscenza della condizione in modo chiaro e trasparente

I bought a figurine and the package was absolutly not good for this kind of sculpture and it ´s arrived broken in a lot of diffèrent pièces :irreparable.
Don’t trust the seller ! 551€ in garbage !

The buyer is unfortunately contacting me for a damaged item only 10 days after the parcel has been received while the insurance policy from Packlink requires 7 days for any claim to be filed for international shipping.

The buyer is also failing to provide a proof for the damaged item with a simple picture for the packaging for the at least try a reclaim in late with the insurance policy - instead he provides a video that doesn't show the complete full shipped packaging, even tho it shows the great internal packaging.

I will try filing a late complain even without any reliable picture as proof as the buyer does not provide any as he said he "did not keep the external packaging" - if hit goes positive as the shipping has been insured from my side I will greatly deliver the funds to the buyer!

Apologies for this inconvenience and looking forward for all parties to come out happy.
