In this piece, the artist incorporates WALL·E, an emblematic character from 21st-century animated cinema, reinterpreting him from a symbolic and emotional perspective, moving beyond his narrative context to position him as a cultural archetype. WALL·E embodies the archetype of resilient tenderness: a figure born of mechanical functionality who, through abandonment and solitude, develops a profoundly human sensitivity. His condition as a trash-compacting robot—rusty, repetitive, and destined for oblivion—contrasts with his capacity for wonder, curiosity, and affection.
