Cremera (6) - Plata
Elegant set of six Portuguese silver shell-shaped dishes, crafted by the prestigious Lisbon silversmith Leitão & Irmão, purveyors to the Portuguese royal family.
Portugal assay mark (1887-1937), 833/000, and same date marker's mark, Leitão&Irmão.
Each dish is finely shaped as a scallop shell, with delicately embossed edges and a small curled crest at the top, showcasing the refined workmanship typical of Leitão & Irmão’s creations. The smooth interior and detailed rim highlight the natural beauty of silver and the elegance of mid-century design.
These versatile pieces can be used as salt cellars, nut or bonbon dishes, or decorative objects. The set has been very well preserved, retaining a beautiful shine and light patina.
