However, the set was moved from Modular Buildings under Advanced Models to Creator Expert and was the first of the Modular Buildings to do so. It resembles that of a 1950s-style American building where its bottom floor is made up of the garage, the middle floor has a veterinarian's office, and the top floor is an apartment with roof access.
