Die Gravur unterhalb des Zäpfchen scheint nicht europäisch zu sein. Nur 1813-44 ist zu entziffern. Die Geig wurde sicher sehr oft gespielt. Es gibt an der einteiligen Decke eine reparierte Stelle am rechten F Loch. Auch wurde an der Schnecke ein Bruch geklebt. Der wunderschöne einteilige Boden ist in einen tadellosen gebrauchten Zustand. A very rare old violin/violin is up for auction. I describe this instrument as unique because of the fingerboard and the engraving! The fingerboard is in two parts. The engraving below the uvula does not appear to be European. Only 1813-44 can be deciphered. The violin was certainly played a lot. There is a repaired spot on the right F hole on the one-piece ceiling. A break was also glued to the snail. The beautiful one-piece base is in immaculate used condition.
