Artwork Overview:

OATH reads like a ritual frozen mid-recitation — four figures aligned as if bound by an agreement that cannot be undone. Their forms are stripped down to symbols and signals, each carrying a different version of truth, none fully complete.

Eyes dominate the composition: targeted, isolated, multiplied. Vision here is not passive — it is a contract. To see is to agree, to witness is to participate. The central forms feel calibrated, almost ceremonial, as if each figure has been assigned a role in maintaining something larger than themselves.

The tall, black figure with sharpened ears and a red body cuts through the composition like a warning — part guardian, part executioner. Opposite, the crowned figure stands quieter but no less charged, its single eye locked forward, unblinking.

The yellow field burns behind them, marked with restless gestures and erased traces, like something repeatedly rewritten but never resolved.

Artist Bio:
ARVY is a fourth-generation artist continuing a family legacy of visual and performance art. He studied painting at an art college, graduating in 2016, and has been active in the art world ever since.

Raised in a creative household, ARVY began his artistic path in childhood while assisting his father — painter, illusionist and performer Arvydas Gaičiūnas ( Retne ), co-founder of Magic Theater DiArchy. This early exposure to both visual art and stage performance shaped his distinctive, theatrical sensibility.

ARVY’s work is eclectic and emotionally charged, blending elements of contemporary expressionism, symbolism, street energy, and poetic abstraction. His pieces explore contrasts — chaos and harmony, intuition and control — reflecting the pulse of modern life through vivid color and raw gesture.

He has exhibited internationally and his works are held in private collections across Europe. Beyond painting, ARVY is also known for his creative versatility as a musician and digital creator, bringing the same intensity and imagination to sound, movement, and image.
