Philips - 202 electronic, revisado y con una correa de transmisión nueva. Tocadiscos

Nice vintage Philips 202 electronic turntable. We serviced and lubricated the turntable and mounted a new belt. Nice vintage condition with age appropriate sign of wear. Newly polished dust cover. Made in the late 60s, early 70s. Labeled as a 'hidden gem', and only recently receiving the appraisal it deserves. Hi-fi News verdict: '...Philips isn't universally associated with turntable design but the world was a different place in the 1970s... Back then, the brand's vast development resources, its ownership of a major record label and ability to produce every part in-house, resulted in an outstanding design with great potential. This is probably one of vintage hi-fi's last true bargains...' The Philips 202 Electronic (often found with chassis code 22GA202) is a three-speed belt-drive turntable introduced by Philips in the around 1970 and made in the Netherlands. It was marketed as an “electronic” player — at that time a modern term to highlight its electronic speed control rather than fully mechanical drives Key Features & Design Drive: Belt-drive system with electronic speed control (servo) rather than a purely mechanical speed change mechanism. Speeds: 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm, selectable via knobs. Pitch Control: Fine speed adjustment (~±2%) to help get highly accurate rotational speed. Electronic Motor Control: A small DC motor with a tacho/servo loop maintains stable speed even with line voltage or load variations — a relatively advanced solution for its era. Record-End Stop: Optical sensing allows the platter to stop automatically when the record finishes. Tonearm: Straight tonearm with lateral and vertical low-friction bearings, adjustable tracking force, and anti-skate. Subchassis: Floating suspension to isolate the platter and tonearm from external vibration.
