"Colores audaces y sólidos y formas geométricas juguetonas subrayan la firma del artista francés contemporáneo Antony Squizzato. Su obra llamativa es una fusión de elementos del Pop Art, el Cubismo, el Bauhaus y el Suprematismo."
The first thing that strikes you when you meet Antony Squizzato is the timbre of his voice, an absolutely soft, elegant voice, a timbre that creates immediate confidence. A huge fan of modern art, he is also a wellspring of culture concerning all the currents of contemporary art. In this respect, Squizzato deliberately places himself in a current known as “New Constructivism”. His ultra-mastered, highly constructed painting is nonetheless a form of onirism; it is an allegory that does not speak its name. He took on major themes, such as “kissing”, and developed this theme ad infinitum, thus creating his allegories! However, Squizzato is not content to paint with acrylics, push him, and he ventures into lands in which the influence of American realist painting appears.
His work can be found in some of the world's finest collections.
