Dominican red and green amber is a type of amber with a clear and uncommon coloration. It is found mainly in the amber mines of the mountains near Santiago, Dominican Republic. Although little known due to its rarity, it has existed since the discovery of Dominican amber. It reacts to ultraviolet light, as is already known.
