This is a Seiko Astron SBXA007, one of the first-generation GPS Solar Astron models released in 2012. Official Seiko information shows that SBXA007 uses a bright titanium case and bracelet with hard coating, a ceramic bezel, and the 7X52 GPS Solar movement. Seiko also describes the first-generation 7X series as a 47.0 mm model with 16.5 mm thickness and 10 bar water resistance.
