A rare and highly elegant Cartier Tank Basculante, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold and featuring the Maison’s iconic reversible case design—an ingenious creation rooted in Cartier’s heritage of innovation and refinement.
The 22 mm wide yellow gold case rotates smoothly, revealing two distinct personalities. On the front, a timeless white dial adorned with Roman numerals and blued steel hands reflects the unmistakable Cartier aesthetic.
Flip the case, and the watch transforms into a true piece of high jewelry: a flawless mirror-polished gold surface, at the edge set with a refined row of brilliant-cut Cartier VVS diamonds. The polish is of such exceptional quality that it functions almost like a mirror, capturing and reflecting light with remarkable clarity.
The watch is fitted with an original red Cartier leather strap, paired with the matching 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp, complete with correct hallmarks.
