Tsubame - Cortadora pan - acero inoxidable, Madera

A beautifully crafted Japanese bread knife from the renowned metalworking region of Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata. The “Tsubame Bread Knife Mini” combines two different blade structures in a single compact knife: a sharp straight edge for clean slicing and a serrated edge for effortless cutting through crusty bread. This hybrid blade design allows soft sandwich bread, baguettes, fruit sandwiches, and delicate pastries to be sliced cleanly without crushing their shape. Made in Japan by skilled craftsmen, the knife features a mirror-polished molybdenum vanadium stainless steel blade with excellent sharpness and smooth cutting performance. Beyond bread, it is also ideal for slicing tomatoes, roast beef, soft cakes, and other delicate foods. The compact 16.5 cm blade length makes it highly maneuverable and practical for everyday kitchen use as well as outdoor cooking and camping. The natural Keyaki wood handle provides a warm, comfortable grip and is ergonomically designed so the user’s hand does not hit the cutting board during use. A charming swallow logo engraved near the blade references its Tsubame heritage. Presented in an attractive sliding gift box, this knife is both functional and collectible — a refined example of Japanese kitchen tool design and craftsmanship.
