The Colour Collection 21 Years Old showcases whisky that has been aged in American oak casks, beautifully enhanced by a delicate addition of European oak.\n\nThe colours of Jerez\nArtist and Graphic Designer David Carson has brought the influence of the cask to the fore through an array of rich brown tones that evoke the wood and its toasted, caramel flavours, with a hint of spice.\nIn this organic yet balanced composition, colours, pattern and textures juxtapose each other, creating a sense of the whisky’s complex yet balanced profile.\nAmongst the splashes of colour, we can pick out chocolate browns, orange and reddish brown hues that reflect the whisky’s tasting notes of warm spice, vanilla pods and chocolate orange, and a bright yellow reminiscent of the notes of cardamom and candied ginger it leaves on the palate.
