Sculpture Next Level
There is a moment in every life when we believe that reaching the next step will finally bring certainty. Yet once we arrive, another step appears.
Next Level is a reflection on this endless human condition. A sequence of geometric forms rises upward, suspended between balance and instability, certainty and doubt. Each element seems to depend on the previous one, yet none can remain where it is forever. The structure climbs, not because it has reached its destination, but because it cannot stop moving.
The work invites the viewer to ask a simple but uncomfortable question:
Are we climbing toward fulfillment, or are we simply addicted to the idea of the next level?
In a world driven by achievement, growth, and constant self-improvement, the summit remains elusive. Every success becomes a platform for a new ambition. Every arrival becomes a departure.
The sculpture offers no answer. Instead, it captures a fragile moment within an infinite ascent — a visual reminder that meaning may not lie at the top, but in the act of climbing itself.
Handcrafted in steel, Next Level transforms industrial material into a philosophical statement about aspiration, purpose, and the restless nature of human desire.
Perhaps the next level is not a place to reach, but a question we never stop asking.

This sculpture is part of an open series. Every detail of this sculpture has been carefully cut and handcrafted.

Dimensions: 55 × 16 × 16cm
Material: Iron
Finished in deep midnight blue and glitter-infused metallic red, the sculpture reveals subtle sparkling reflections that shift with changing light.

Information about the artist

Education: Self-taught artist.
Exhibitions: I develop my artistic practice independently.
Awards: I have not received official awards.
Residencies: I have not participated in artistic residencies.

My work focuses on the creation of unique pieces situated between sculpture and functional object, exploring materiality, structure, and durability. I create sculptural furniture and sculptures in iron and concrete, combining function and sculptural presence with a strong Brutalist influence.

Through geometry, repetition, and visual balance, my works explore the relationship between weight, space, and structural tension.

Packaging and shipping

The artwork will be carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transport.

Respect for the artist’s work and for the platform helps maintain a fair and meaningful experience for both buyers and sellers.

El vendedor y su historia

Wallavibe – D.B is an independent sculptural workshop where brutalism, geometry, and industrial memory are transformed into contemporary functional art. I grew up in an environment where concrete walls were thicker than words, and objects were created not for beauty, but for durability. The images of my childhood — grey housing blocks, massive furniture, rough surfaces, iron, wood, and concrete — left a deep mark on the way I think and create. It was a world where form always followed function, and aesthetics emerged from necessity rather than excess. These memories and experiences became the foundation of my work. The brutalist tables and sculptures I create today are both a direct response to that past and a dialogue with the present. I am inspired by monumentality, weight, exposed structure, and honest materials. I do not try to hide or soften them; instead, I allow them to speak for themselves. My works are an act of resistance against fast consumption. They are not created for temporary trends or seasonal tastes, but for permanence. These are objects that demand presence, time, and a relationship with the person who lives with them. They are made not to be replaced, but to remain — to age together with the space and the individual. Each piece exists at the boundary between furniture and sculpture, between function and silence. They are solid objects — sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes provocative — inviting the viewer to pause and feel the weight, texture, and history of the material. My work explores the relationship between memory, matter, and permanence in an increasingly accelerated world.
