Ichiro rescued the final remaining casks of this historic malt.Chichibu Distillery: The distillery founded by Ichiro himself in 2008 to carry on his family's legacy.
The Aging ProfileThe complexity of this iconic green-labeled bottle (often known as the Green Leaf) comes from a unique combination of woods:The Hanyu malt brings robustness and structure, having been matured in old Sherry Hogsheads.The Chichibu malt provides freshness and sweetness, aged in new Japanese Mizunara Oak casks.
