A Pair of Puffins – Handmade Fused Glass Sculptures by Maciej Habrat

Like two quiet souls meeting at the edge of the sea, these puffins embody tenderness, curiosity and shared happiness. There is something irresistibly endearing about them—a delicate balance of innocence, humour and quiet elegance. Each sculpture is individually handcrafted by Maciej Habrat, a Polish glass artist with over twenty years of experience. Created using the traditional kiln-fusing technique, the sculptures combine luminous opal glass with accents of genuine 24-carat gold, carefully fused into the composition to create depth, delicate textures and ever-changing reflections.

The clean, contemporary lines are softened by the translucent quality of the glass, allowing natural light to become part of the artwork itself. Displayed on a windowsill or in a well-lit interior, the puffins come alive as sunlight passes through the glass, revealing subtle shades and shimmering golden details.

Each sculpture is unique and signed by the artist. The pair is presented in a branded gift box and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
