Gran baúl de viaje vintage W.S.P. – Verde inglés con herrajes en latón – Principios del siglo XX

Elegante y raro baúl de viaje original W.S.P., perteneciente a la primera mitad del siglo XX, elaborado siguiendo la mejor tradición de los grandes baúles de expedición y transatlántico. Este modelo combina robustez, calidad constructiva y un gusto estético refinado, características que lo hacen ideal tanto como objeto de colección como como elemento decorativo de gran impacto.

El baúl presenta un elegante acabado en verde inglés con perfiles y refuerzos metálicos negros, realzados por esquineros, cerraduras, bisagras y acabados en latón dorado. En el frente se encuentra la placa original de W.S.P., mientras que las cerraduras llevan la marca del fabricante. Las robustas asas laterales de metal facilitan su transporte.

El interior conserva el revestimiento original con motivo geométrico en tonos verdes y beige, testimonio de la autenticidad de la época. También está presente el práctico bandejo extraíble porta-objetos y el característico vano porta-indumentos fijado en el interior de la tapa con correas elásticas originales, elementos cada vez más difíciles de encontrar completos.

La estructura es extremadamente sólida y estable. El baúl muestra signos normales de la marcha del tiempo, pequeños arañazos, ligeras abrasiones y una patina natural que certifica su autenticidad sin comprometer su encanto. Las cerraduras están presentes; es posible que las llaves no estén incluidas salvo indicación contraria en las fotografías.

An elegant and authentic W.S.P. travel trunk, dating from the first half of the 20th century, manufactured following the finest tradition of luxury travel and ocean liner trunks. The trunk features a beautiful English green exterior enhanced by black reinforcing bands and decorative brass hardware, including corner protectors, hinges, locks and fittings. The original W.S.P. badge remains on the front, while the locks retain the manufacturer’s markings. Strong metal side handles allow convenient transportation.

The interior preserves its original geometric patterned lining in green and beige tones, together with the removable storage tray and the original fitted document and garment holder attached inside the lid with its original retaining straps.
