La serie Macallan Edition continúa con la quinta entrega, y esta vez se trata por completo del color natural del whisky. Celebrando el color natural del whisky, otorgado por su maduración en barricas de roble, Macallan se asoció con Pantone para crear un tono púrpura bastante atractivo que aparece en la etiqueta y la caja de presentación. Muy elegante.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Manzana con caramelo, pera escalfada, notas saladas de salvia. Destellos de notas cítricas limpias.

Palate
Más nuez en el paladar, con nuez y macadamia que aparecen al abrirse. Continúa hacia frutos de huerto, pan de miel y un golpe de pimienta negra envejecida en roble.

Finish
Toffee, cedro y limón.
