On the nose it opens with notes of nuts, Christmas cake and cinnamon. Very Jerez, the sweet and spicy spicy of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso also highlight some interesting flavors. There is an earthy richness in the aromas.
En nariz se abre con notas de frutos secos, ponche de Navidad y canela. Muy Jerez, el dulzor y el picante de Pedro Ximénez y Oloroso también destacan sabores interesantes. Existe una riqueza terrosa en los aromas.
In the mouth it is equally rich. More notes of PX appear, mixed with ginger, oak wood and sweet red wine. The vanilla and honey add a charming sweetness and give the spicy notes a pleasant touch. Nuts also appear, including raisins.
En boca es igual de rico. Aparecen más notas de PX, mezcladas con jengibre, madera de roble y vino tinto dulce. La vainilla y la miel añaden una dulzura encantadora y dan a las notas picantes un toque agradable. También aparecen frutos secos, incluidas las pasas.
The finish is bold and persists in dried raisins and apricots.
