Descripción del vendedor
Untitled, 2026
Acrylic on canvas
120 × 100 cm
Signed on the reverse
This large-scale abstract composition explores the expressive potential of red through dense layers of acrylic, textured passages and shifting tonal contrasts. Crimson, vermilion and burnt red are articulated with deep black and earthy accents, producing a surface of considerable visual and material depth.
The composition unfolds as an almost architectural field: vertical dark elements and fragmented geometric suggestions rise through the central red plane, while a darker horizontal band anchors the lower section. These elements create a quiet tension between structure and gesture, opacity and luminosity.
The work’s saturated palette and tactile surface give it a strong physical presence, making it particularly suited to contemporary interiors and collections focused on abstract, gestural and colour-field painting.
Original work, created in 2026. Signed on the reverse. Offered unframed.
