Expressive Tempranillo combining ripe blackberry, cherry and cassis with cedar, vanilla and cocoa. A generous, velvety palate reveals dark fruit and spice, followed by a long, savoury finish. Produced by Proyectos Sanctvs from old vines near Quintana del Pidio, this vintage comes from vines over 60 years old. The bottle label records 25 months of barrel ageing and bottling in September 2014. Recommended for drinking now, assuming appropriate storage.
Standard 75 cl bottles with excellent labels and capsules. Shipped by tracked courier in protective wine packaging.
