The Scottish organic distillery, under Annabel Thomas, bottled the Nc'nean Aon Cask 17-329 as the first single cask bottling exclusively for the British department store chain Selfridges. It was initially matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask. The distillery then refined it in a first-fill ex-tequila cask 17-329. It was bottled in its natural state, meaning it is free of colorings and without chill filtration, with an alcohol content of 51.4% ABV.
