A rare 1st generation Wahl Eversharp Doric in Morocco Pearl with an adjustable #7 14K gold nib (size F), intact Gold Seal and a roller clip. Produced in the early 1930s as a flagship Wahl Eversharp art-deco style fountain pen with a characteristic 12-faceted shape and pyramid-shape ends. The pen is in excellent condition with surface scratches only - without celluloid crazing, cracks or gold plating wear. The adjustable nib mechanism with 9 position settings produces beautiful writing line variations (see writing sample). The lever filling mechanism is in working order and the latex sac has been replaced. An original Wahl Eversharp box is shipped complimentary along with the pen.
