Vintage 18K Gold Pendant/Brooch with Diamonds 1970s cameo insert and 70 Natural Diamonds 21.67g c.1880 1900 A beautiful vintage convertible brooch and pendant, finely crafted in solid 18K yellow gold, featuring ornate ribbon and floral motifs characteristic of antique inspired designs. The piece is pavé set with over 70 natural diamonds in mixed antique cuts, arranged in a halo around a central cameo. Surrounding the cameo are 70 natural diamonds set in pavé, in various antique mixed cuts. The diamonds offer a soft, antique sparkle that enhances the charm of the piece. The largest diamond measures approximately 1.86 mm in diameter, and the total estimated diamond weight is ~1.14 carats.
