A pair of fully hand-painted enamel plates, early 20th century, Belgium. Both pieces are decorated with fine rural landscapes: one plate depicting a winter cottage scene with figures on a frozen lake, and the other showing a detailed fishing village. The painting is executed with a very high level of craftsmanship and rich detailing, including gilded borders. The plates are in good antique condition for their age. Natural small craquelure is present, and one plate has a minor chip on the back, clearly visible in the photos. These enamel plates of such quality are relatively rare and sought after by collectors.
