Lana Pokhoday, conocida bajo el seudónimo de Li Lu Ay, es una artista contemporánea de raíces ucranianas que vive en España. Aunque cuenta con formación en un campo diferente, su práctica artística se ha desarrollado a través de un aprendizaje exhaustivo y autodidacta, complementado con clases magistrales y tutorías privadas online con artistas contemporáneos de renombre en España y Ucrania. Este enfoque dual garantiza una base técnica sólida y una exploración creativa independiente.

Su estilo es una síntesis de surrealismo y minimalismo expresivo, en el que los animales, con formas inusuales y una mirada distante, se convierten en guías hacia mundos de absurdo y fantasía. Sus obras están llenas de simbolismo, paradojas visuales y tensión atmosférica. A través de contrastes e imágenes extrañas, Lana invita al espectador a adentrarse en lo irracional, a repensar lo cotidiano y a sentir las emociones ocultas.
