This G-SHOCK "Mudmaster" series model, designed for extreme land use in environments with piles and scattered rubble and debris, utilizes carbon fiber as its material.
The case uses high-rigidity carbon fiber to suppress damage and deformation, ensuring high airtightness and shock resistance.
In addition, it is equipped with a filter to prevent mud intrusion, a stainless steel panel back, and a shock-resistant glass fiber-reinforced fine resin back cover, providing high dust and mud resistance.
The bezel also employs a three-layer structure with a carbon fiber sheet inserted into fine resin, resulting in a design that mimics a gasoline can mounted on an off-road vehicle.
In terms of functionality, it can measure direction, altitude/barometric pressure, temperature, and steps.
It also features several useful functions, including easy time correction via a dedicated app, and a "Mission Log function" that automatically records altitude acquired by the watch and route acquired by a smartphone in the app.
