Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, a refined and bright cuvée produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Main Features Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay, selected from the best vineyards in the region. Ageing: Rests on yeasts for at least 3 years (36 months) in the cellars of the Maison. Taste Profile: On the nose it offers notes of white flowers (acacia, elderberry) and citrus fruits, while on the palate it is fresh, creamy and mineral. Pairings: Ideal as an appetiser or as an accompaniment to raw seafood, crustaceans and light fish-based dishes.
