From the grapes harvested in the first week of September 2025, in our “Rupis” vineyard—the ancient name of the locality where it is located, between San Floriano del Collio and Gorizia (in the Lucinico hamlet). Yield per hectare of approximately 70 quintals; soft pressing of the grapes and cold static decantation of the must; subsequent fermentation for approximately 15–20 days at a controlled temperature; batonnage surlie for approximately 2–3 months in stainless steel; aging in French oak barrels for 1 month followed by a further 3 months in stainless steel until bottling.
