* Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via DHL. However, for regions where DHL shipping costs are significantly higher—specifically the Canary Islands and certain remote areas—we may ship via EMS instead.

* Import-related Costs: This item is shipped from Japan. Buyers are responsible for all import-related costs, which may include:
* Customs duties / Import taxes
* VAT (Value Added Tax)
* Courier clearance & handling fees (charged by DHL, local postal services, etc.)

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office and shipping carriers before bidding to avoid unexpected charges.

■ Please Note Regarding Combined Shipping:
Due to Catawiki’s system rules, we cannot combine shipping for items won at different times or in separate auctions. Each order must be processed and shipped individually with its own tracking number. Thank you for your understanding.


■ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EU BUYERS (VAT & Customs Regulations):
* For Orders UNDER €150: Under EU IOSS rules, 21% VAT is automatically collected by Catawiki at checkout. No additional import VAT or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

* For Orders OVER €150: EU customs rules apply. Orders over €150 cannot be processed via IOSS. Therefore, import VAT and customs duties will be collected by the carrier (DHL) upon delivery in your country.
* Note: If Catawiki mistakenly charges VAT at checkout for an order over €150, please keep your Catawiki invoice and carrier receipts, and contact Catawiki Support after delivery for a refund of duplicate VAT paid.

■ CANCELLATION POLICY & ACCOUNT PENALTIES: By placing a bid and completing payment, you agree to Catawiki’s Terms & Conditions.
* We do not accept cancellations or refunds based on buyer's remorse, oversight, or mistaken bidding (e.g., failure to check taxes in advance).

* Notice on Penalties: Requesting a unilateral cancellation after payment due to buyer's oversight may result in severe penalties on your Catawiki account, including lower buyer ratings, account restrictions, or suspension by Catawiki.


■ Shipping Delay & Returned Packages: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues. If a package is returned to Japan because the buyer refused to pay customs duties/VAT, failed to collect the package, or provided an incorrect address, all return shipping fees, Japanese import duties, and re-shipping costs will be fully charged to the buyer or deducted from the refund.


■ ABSOLUTE RETURN POLICY & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: By bidding, you confirm that you have carefully inspected all images and agreed to the following strictly enforced return terms:
1. Strict Buyer Responsibility for Return Costs: The buyer assumes 100% full financial responsibility for all return shipping, freight, insurance, and handling fees.
2. Mandatory Customs Declaration (CRITICAL): Returns MUST be declared strictly as "RETURN OF GOODS" on all customs documents. Any import duties incurred in Japan due to improper declaration will be fully deducted from the refund.
3. Proof of Condition: Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging must be submitted prior to dispatch. The item must be returned in 100% identical, original condition.
4. Mandatory Trackable Shipping: Returns must be shipped via a premium, fully trackable carrier with tracking provided immediately.
5. Inspection Period: Refunds are NOT issued upon shipment and will only be processed after the item arrives in Japan and passes inspection.


■ NON-COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Failure to comply with ANY of the above instructions will result in the IMMEDIATE REJECTION of the return request and cancellation of any pending refund. As a seller, we do not manage payments or taxes; all tax inquiries must be directed to Catawiki Support.
