Overview A Seiko 5 automatic in a black-coated stainless steel case with a black dial, applied polished baton indices with luminous dots, dauphine-style hands with luminous inserts, a red seconds hand and a framed day/date window at 3 o'clock. The dial is signed SEIKO / 5 (shield) / WATER 50M RESIST / AUTOMATIC / 21 JEWELS. Fixed black bezel with a white 60-minute scale, crown at the 4 o'clock position and an exhibition caseback with a bright stainless steel ring showing the 7S26 automatic movement. Fitted with the original black-coated three-row Seiko 5 bracelet with a SEIKO 5 signed double push-button fold-over clasp. Three spare links and one small additional link piece are included, so if size adjustment is needed please use the spare links. Case: fine scratches on the lug tops and flanks, light coating scuffs on the edges and a small bright chip in the coating on the left flank around 10–11 o'clock. Crystal: no scratches evident. Dial and hands: clean with crisp printing; the luminous dots and inserts show no obvious yellowing; a few tiny specks visible only under magnification. Caseback: display crystal clear, light marks on the steel ring. Bracelet: coating scuffs and fine scratches throughout, with hazy dull patches on the centre links; no deep gouges. Clasp cover: noticeably scratched and dulled with coating wear, the inner blades lightly scratched. Spare links: two of the three show the coating worn through on their sides, and the small extra piece has a brownish tint at one edge. No rust observed. Timekeeping accuracy and water resistance have not been tested with professional equipment, so please consider this a used watch that may require servicing at some point.
