Hienostunut, raskas vintage-hopealakattu jalallinen keskipistekulho (jardiniere), joka ajoittuu Art Deco - aikakaudelle (n. 1930-luvulta 1950-luvulle). Valmistettu tunnetun saksalaisen hopeasepän B&M:n toimesta, tämä upea kappale on erinomaisen esimerkin keskiväli–vuosisadan eurooppalaisesta ruokailuylellisyydestä.

Hopealakattu pohja features clean, geometric contours and iconic stepped linear motifs along the handles and footed pedestal-hallmarks of classic German Art Deco design. It comes complete with its rare, original removable thick cut-glass liner featuring a beautifully hand-carved multi-point starburst design on the bottom and a scalloped, saw-tooth rim. The entire set is preserved in its original vintage presentation case with a secure brass clasp.

The underside of the rim is clearly stamped with authentic German hallmarks:
• The Maker's Mark: Stamped "B&M" inside a rectangular cartouche, identifying the high-quality German manufacturer.
• The Silver Purity/Weight Indicator: Stamped
"12", a traditional German lot-weight marker designating a thick, premium-grade silver plating over a solid base metal, offering a luster identical to 750/800 solid silver.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with a gorgeous, deep natural patina that polishes beautifully.
Crucially, the original glass liner is completely intact with no cracks, chips, or major flea bites— a rare find, as these glass inserts were frequently lost or damaged over the decades. The original presentation box shows elegant, authentic signs of age that enhance its mid-century character.
