The company was founded, astoundingly, in 1756. To help put this in perspective, that makes Voigtländer 20 years older than the United States of America. Amazing. Historically an important figure in the photographic world, Voigtländer’s contributed numerous innovations that later became industry standards. These include zoom lenses for 35mm cameras, and built-in flash units. The company has a strong reputation for quality and capable optics. Voigtländer Vitomatic with PRONTOR 500 SLK-V lens (2nd generation (1960-1963)) Size: 115 x 80 x 80 mm Weight: 750g Voigtländer Vito CD with PRONTO lens (produced between 1961-66. It belongs to the Vito C series) Size: 130 x 85 x 87 mm Weight: 650g Voigtländer Vitoret with PRONTOR 125 lens (Years Produced: 1963 - 1966) Size: 130 x 75 x 88 mm Weight: 455g The cameras has been quickly tested and are working, there may be hidden defects. In the quick test, the clamping and triggering worked. The Item exhibits minor signs of usage and wear. You might notice small imperfections such as minor wear on the metal parts. These are minimal and don't detract from the overall appearance and functionality of the item. Vitomatic Ia has glued part on the top (small screen glued). Misc: winding mechanism works fine.
