VINIFICATION Natural fermentation of the grapes using the traditional treading process, fortification with wine brandy and aging in wooden vats. TASTING NOTES Deep ruby color, with distinct red highlights. On the nose, ripe black fruit aromas stand out, elegantly combined with hints of cocoa. On the palate, it reveals soft tannins, excellent structure, providing a long and persistent finish.
