The painting "Little angel" by the famous Hungarian professional artist Zoltán Veress* (1868-1935) hand signed by the artist. The painting is in very good condition for being about 100 years old and has original antique wood frame. *Veress Zoltán (Born January 29, 1868 in Kolozsvár, now Cluj-Napoca, Romania - Died December 20, 1935 in Budapest). He studied in Munich and Budapest. In 1897 he won the prize of the National Society of Fine Arts. He was one of the founding members and later its secretary of the Transylvanian Society of Fine Arts, founded in 1900. In 1901 he donated his painting Cupid's Mourning to the Transylvanian Museum. He lived in Budapest from 1902. As a restorer, he repaired the frescoes of the Almakerék church, the cathedrals of Pécs and Győr, and the Matthias Church in Budapest. In 1922 his book The Art of Looking at Pictures and Creating Pictures was published.
