A beautiful and well-preserved silver-plated coffee and tea set from 1919, designed in a wonderful Jugend / Art Nouveau design. The set consists of, a coffee/tea pot, a creamer, & a sugar bowl All pieces feature a ribbed body design, typical of the Art Nouveau era, combined with fine hand-engraved floral and wreath motifs. The decoration is very elegant, giving the set a luxurious look. The coffee/tea pot is engraved with the year “1919” on one side and monogrammed “E.B.” on the opposite side, the initials of the original owner. Condition: Lovely condition with a beautiful patina. There is light wear to the silver plating on the top of the lid. Otherwise, the set looks very good. A decorative early 20th-century set that will turn any table setting more luxurious and stylish.
