Hazelburn 21 Year Old was distilled at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. It is one of the three whiskies produced at this distillery. Hazelburn 21y is triple distilled and matured for 21 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks in a 70/30 ratio. The limited edition comprised 3,600 bottles. Bottled in 2022, Hazelburn 21y offers aromas of dates, molasses, raisins, nuts, and ginger. On the palate, marzipan, apricots, almonds, and ginger dominate. The finish brings notes of slightly bitter cocoa with dried cherries and wood. This is one of only a few bottles available in the Czech Republic. The whisky has very strong investment potential.
