ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This artwork represents Neptune not as a distant mythological god, but as a primordial force emerging from matter itself. The figure seems to surface from stone, foam, and erosion, as if shaped by centuries of pressure and silence.
The monochrome palette reinforces the timeless dimension of the subject. There is no decorative excess — only density, weight, and authority. The beard, carved through sharp stencil cuts, becomes a symbol of accumulated time, knowledge, and domination over the unseen depths.
Neptune is not portrayed in action.
He does not need movement.
His power lies in stillness.
This piece explores the idea of absolute control — the calm strength that exists beneath chaos, the silent violence of the ocean, and the balance between destruction and creation.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a French stencil artist whose work explores contrast — between instinct and precision, chaos and control, heritage and contemporary expression. My practice combines spontaneous, textured backgrounds with meticulously hand-cut multi-layer stencils.
I have exhibited alongside major figures of the urban art scene such as L’Atlas, C215, Carole B, Wawapod, and Jo Di Bona at the SPERA ART FAIR.
My work has been collected throughout Europe, with more than 300 artworks sold internationally.
I also create live painting performances for major institutions and brands, including Disneyland Paris.
Each artwork is a unique original. While stencils may be reused, every background is created instinctively, ensuring that no two works are ever identical. My work focuses on iconic figures, powerful symbols, and contemporary myths, reinterpreted through tension, presence, and materiality.
