Offered here is The GlenAllachie Sinteis Series 2014, a distinctive limited release from the Speyside distillery, crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Billy Walker.
This single malt Scotch whisky was initially matured in American oak casks before undergoing an extended secondary maturation in specially selected fine oak casks, enhancing complexity and structure.
Bottled at a higher strength to preserve its rich character, this expression reveals layers of honeyed sweetness, orchard fruits, warming spices and toasted oak.
Matured in Chinquapin & Pedro Ximenez casks.
Part of the innovative Sinteis Series – Gaelic for “synthesis” – this release explores the influence of wood through carefully curated maturation techniques.
