Appius St. Michael Eppan est un vin blanc raffiné du Südtirol DOC né au cœur du Haut-Adige. Issue d'un assemblage de Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon et Pinot Bianco provenant des vignobles d'Appiano sulla Strada del Vino, ce vin vieillit en barrique et en acier, acquérant complexité, élégance et longévité.
Cépage : Chardonnay 65 %, Pinot Grigio 15 %, Sauvignon 12 %, Pinot Bianco 8 %.
Affinage: 12 mois en barrique, 36 mois en acier.
Notes de dégustation: Jaune paille brillant, au nez se révèlent des arômes de fruits blancs, d'agrumes et de fines notes épicées. En bouche, il est élégant et frais, avec une agréable minéralité et une finale persistante.
Accords: Avec des plats importants tels que des huîtres et des crustacés, il s'accorde aussi avec les champignons et les truffes. Idéal avec des fromages affinés et des fromages crémeux à croûte

Appius St. Michael Eppan is a fine Südtirol DOC white wine born in the heart of South Tyrol. From a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Pinot Bianco from the Appiano vineyards on the Wine Route, this wine refines in barrique and steel, acquiring complexity, elegance and longevity.
Grape variety: Chardonnay 65%, Pinot Grigio 15%, Sauvignon 12%, Pinot Bianco 8%.
Ageing: 12 months in barrique, 36 months in steel.
Tasting notes: Brilliant straw, the nose reveals aromas of white fruit, citrus fruits and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with a pleasant minerality and a persistent finish.
Pairings: With important dishes such as oysters and shellfish, it also goes with mushrooms and truffles. Winning with aged cheeses and creamy cheeses with crust
