ABOUT THE ARTWORK
“Bird’s Love” captures a fleeting yet deeply symbolic moment between two birds, gently touching beaks in a gesture that evokes affection, connection and quiet intimacy.
The composition is minimal yet powerful. Suspended on a single branch, the two figures face each other in perfect balance, creating a visual harmony that draws the viewer into the scene. This subtle interaction transforms a simple natural moment into a universal symbol of love and emotional connection.
The background, built through layered textures of soft blues and mineral tones, creates a calm and atmospheric environment. This instinctive approach contrasts with the precision of the stencil, enhancing the sense of depth and serenity within the artwork.
The piece was created using my signature double-layer stencil technique. The design was first developed digitally, then meticulously hand-cut before being applied with spray paint and acrylic. This process allows for intricate detailing while preserving the raw and expressive energy of the background.
