ABOUT THE ARTWORK
“Art Lovers” captures a spontaneous and poetic moment where creation becomes a shared language.
Two children are depicted painting a heart together on a wall — one using a spray can, the other a brush. This dual gesture reflects two approaches to art: instinct and precision, freedom and control. Together, they create something larger than themselves — a symbol of connection.
The vibrant background, composed of energetic layers of turquoise, yellow and orange, brings movement and intensity to the scene. These contrasting tones enhance the visual impact of the piece while reinforcing the raw, expressive energy of street art.
The heart, slightly dripping, becomes the emotional focal point of the composition — imperfect, alive, and human. It reflects the idea that art, like love, is not meant to be flawless, but felt.
This artwork was created using my signature double-layer stencil technique. The composition was first digitally designed, then meticulously hand-cut before being applied with spray paint and acrylic. This process allows for high precision in the figures while preserving the spontaneity of the background.
“Art Lovers” is about collaboration, emotion and expression — a tribute to those who create, share and connect through art.
This is a unique, original artwork. Even if the stencil may be reused in future works, each background remains entirely one of a kind.
