ABOUT THE ARTWORK
With “Red Panda”, I capture a moment of calm and balance within a wild environment.
The animal is stretched along the branch in a relaxed posture, creating an immediate sense of ease and harmony. This contrast between the untamed nature of the subject and its peaceful attitude gives the piece a strong emotional presence.
The horizontal composition enhances this feeling of flow, naturally guiding the eye across the canvas.
I built the subject using my hand-cut stencil technique to achieve clarity and precision, while the background is entirely instinctive, layered with textures and warm tones that cannot be reproduced.
This tension between control and spontaneity defines my work.
Each piece I create is unique. Even when I revisit similar animals, the background is never reproduced, making every artwork a one-of-a-kind variation.
This type of composition tends to resonate strongly during auctions due to its balance between visual impact and decorative appeal.
