ABOUT THE ARTWORK
With “Paint Lovers”, I explore a recurring theme in my work: innocence, connection and the power of simple gestures.
The scene captures two children interacting through art — one painting a heart, the other observing. This moment suggests a silent dialogue, where emotion is expressed without words. The heart becomes both a symbol of love and a spontaneous act of creation.
I deliberately chose a composition inspired by urban visual language, echoing street art codes while keeping a strong emotional narrative. This duality creates an immediate connection with the viewer.
The stencil work brings precision and clarity to the figures, while the background is entirely instinctive. Layers of colors, textures and movement create a vibrant surface that contrasts with the controlled lines of the stencil.
This tension between control and spontaneity defines my artistic approach.
Each piece is entirely unique. Even when I revisit similar themes, the background is never reproduced, making every artwork a one-of-a-kind piece.
Works centered around universal themes such as love and childhood tend to resonate strongly with collectors, as they create an immediate emotional impact.
